Are you going to the Boise Fair

   If so, could you be a volunteer?  There are two areas that need more people.  Setting up and taking down the casting pond and general setup and take down.  Here is more information.  Attached is the volunteer form. It is a fillable form so fill it out and send back to Jessica (fair@flyfishersinternational.org)  and/or Sherry Steele (contact information below) if you haven’t already. 

Pond…Another very special request..we need 4 strong volunteers to help setup the casting pond in the exhibit hall on decorator setup day. Tuesday August 7, 8AM and take down Saturday, August 11th,  8PM-10PM after the BBQ. 

The Fair setup & take down crew will also be helping load and unload the truck with all the FFI Equipment. Monday setup and Saturday takedown after the BBQ.  I am making a list of anyone that will jump into challenge to help the staff with this part. I will let you know what time to be there and where.

Please let’s put your on one of these 2 lists or both, I will even fill out the form for you, just reply to this email. Send the form on to your council members that you know are coming to the fair.
